nilai maksimum : 30 pasien dengan pendidikan baik mengalami gangguan yang signifikan memiliki nilai : 24 atau kurang. pasien dengan pendidikan kurang : 20 atau kurang

Orientation
What is the date? What is the day? What is the month? What is the year? What is the season? What is the name of this building? What floor of the building are we on? What city are we in? What state are we in? What country are we in? Total points : 10 (1 point each)

Registration
Apple Table Pen Total points : 3 ( 1 point each)

Attention/Calculation
Starting at 100 subtract 7, then subtract 7 from that number and so forth stop at 5 answers. (1 point for each correct answer) If the patient is unable or unwilling to do serial 7s then ask them to spell World backwards. ( 1point for each letter in correct order) Total points : 5

Recall
Ask patient to recall the 3 items they memorized in registration. Apple Table Pen

Total points : 3 (1 point each)

Language (Naming)
Show patient a pencil and a watch, have them tell you the name of each these 2 items. Pencil Watch

Total points : 2

Language (Repeating)
Repeat No ifs, ands or buts. Total point : 1

Language (Read/Follow Command)


Have patient read Close your eyes after being told to read and obey the statement. (1 point) Im going to give you a piece of paper. What I want you to do is take the paper in your right hand. Fold it in half and put it on the floor. (read the statement bellow before handling the respondent a piece of paper. Do not repeat or coaching)

Language (Write Sentence)


Have patient write a sentence. (must be from the patients own thought. 1 point for writting a full sentence). Here is a drawing. Please copy the drawing on the same piece of paper.
