1 Steam the apple for 10 minutes until tender. 2 Put the apple in a blender or food processor with the green superfood powder and 1-2 tablespoons once-boiled water. Process until smooth. For an even smoother puree, push the blended apple and green superfood mixture through a fine strainer.
