Serah Salinan Surat Tajaan Biasiswa (jika berkaitan) Submit a copy of the Scholarship letter (if relevant) 2. Serah Salinan Slip Pembayaran (jika bayaran dibuat kepada BIMB pada hari Kemasukan tersebut)/ Submit a copy of the payment slip (If the payment is made to BIMB on the registration day) KAUNTER 2 (FAKULTI) / COUNTER 2 (FACULTY) : PENDAFTARAN DIRI / REGISTRATION Keperluan yang perlu dibawa / Necessities to be brought 1. Salinan Slip Pembayaran/ A copy of the payment slip 2. Cetakan Surat Tawaran / Printed Offer Letter 3. Collect the Student File and Original Offer Letter 2. Sesi Fotografi Kad Matrik / Photography Session for Matric Card KAUNTER 4 (PUSAT KESIHATAN) / COUNTER 4 (MEDICAL CENTRE) Tindakan yang perlu diambil / Actions to be taken : 1. Serah Borang Laporan Pemeriksaan Kesihatan Pelajar yang telah lengkap. Submit the complete Student Medical Examination Report. Penyerahan Fail Pelajar Mengikut Fakulti di Kaunter Fakulti/ Submission of Student File According to the Faculty at the Facultys Counter Tindakan yang perlu diambil / Actions to be taken : 1. Serah Fail Peribadi Pelajar yang lengkap. Submit the complete Student File 2. Serah borang Ikrar Pelajar / Submit the Students Oath form 3.
