STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR ACADEMIC


ACTIVITIES ONLINE
1. Title Submission and Determination of Supervisors
a. The student submits the title and determination of the supervisor to the Undergraduate
Commission (email:agroteknologiuns@gmail.com) by attaching a Research Proposal,
transcript (having at least 100 credits) and a Research Proposal Title Submission Form for
Thesis (Form S-1) which has been approved by Academic Advisor Lecturer,
recommendation letter from Lecturer as a Head of Research Team if participating in
lecturer research activities (Form S-1B), as well as Evaluation Results of Student Research
Proposals (Form S-1A).
b. The Undergraduate Commission evaluates student Research Proposals and determines the
composition of the Student Research Proposal Supervisors (S-1A Form).
c. Students who receive approval from the Main Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor then
fill out and submit the S-2 Form to the Undergraduate Commission.
d. Students ask for the willingness to the lecturer as Main Advisor and Companion Advisor
(Form S-1C).
e. The Undergraduate Commission determines the Main Advisor and Companion Advisor
for the thesis with the knowledge of the Head of the Study Program (S-2) and submits it
to the students.
f. Lecturers receive a letter of willingness to serve as the main supervisor and thesis assistant
supervisor (S-2 Form).
g. Completeness of administration (Form S-1, S-1A, S-1B, S-1C, S-2) can be downloaded at
https://agroteknologi.fp.uns.ac.id
h. Supporting administrative files are managed by the Main Advisory Lecturer.

2. Research Proposal Seminar


a. Student consulting Research Proposals to the Main Advisor and Companion Advisor.
b. After the Research Proposal is approved (ACC) by the two Advisors, then it is sent to the
Undergraduate Commission (email:agroteknologiuns@gmail.com) accompanied by proof
of screen shots (WA or email) and attaching S1, S1-A, S-1B, S-1C, and S2 Forms. These
requirements are to determine the Research Proposal Examiner Lecturer.
c. After getting the examiner, the student sends a statement of willingness to the Evaluator
Lecturer of the Research Proposal Seminar who has been appointed by the Undergraduate
Commission (Form S-3A3).
d. It was agreed upon a time between the two Advisors, Lecturer Evaluators and students to
conduct a Research Proposal Seminar.
e. Student send invitations to the Research Proposal Seminar (Form S-3A1) and the Note
Sheet for the Proposed Research Seminar (Form S-3A2) to both Advisors and Lecturers
Evaluators.
f. The Research Proposal which has been approved by the two Supervisors and Power point
(PPT) are submitted to the Main Supervisor, Companion Supervisor and Examiner at least
3 working days prior to the Research Proposal Seminar.
g. Participants of the Research Proposal Seminar: Main Advisor Lecturer, Companion
Advisor Lecturer, Examiner Lecturer and students (4 people).
h. Can use online platforms (online):

o Skype
o Teleconference
o Spada*)

o Other platforms
i. The student submits Completion Reports for Making Research Proposals for Thesis (Form
S-3) and attach a Research Permit Form for Thesis (Form S-3B), Evidence of collection
of Research Proposal Papers that have been approved by both supervisors (Form S-3B1),
Form S- 1, Form S-1A, and original Form S-2 to the Administration of Agrotechnology
Study Program.
j. Administrative documents are carried out online (S-3, S-3A1, S-3A2, S-3A3, S-3B, S-
3B1) forms can be downloaded at https://agroteknologi.fp.uns.ac.id
k. Supporting administrative files are managed by the Main Advisor.
l. Please send to the admin (email: agroteknologiuns@gmail.com) for archives and input to
Siakad

3. Research Result Seminar


a. Student have finished carrying out research (Form S-3B2).
b. Student consult Research Result Seminar materials (papers) to the Main Advisor and
Companion Advisor.
c. After the paper is approved (ACC) by the two Advisors, then it is sent to the Undergraduate
Commission (email:agroteknologiuns@gmail.com) accompanied by proof of screen shots
(WA or email) of the two Advisors, attaching Form S-3B2, proof of attendance having
attended the Research Result Seminar are at least 10 times. These requirements are to
determine the Examiner Lecturer for Research Seminar Results.
d. After getting the evaluator, the student sends a statement of willingness to the Evaluator
Lecturer of the Research Result Seminar who have been appointed by the Undergraduate
Commission (S-3G Form).
e. It was agreed on a time between the two Advisors, Lecturer Evaluators and students to
conduct Research Result Seminar.
f. The student send an invitation to the Seminar on Results (Form S-3C), the List of Research
Result Seminar Scores (Form S-3E) to the two Supervisors and Examiner Lecturers and the
Attendance List for the Participants in the Research Result Seminar (Form S-3F) to the
Main Advisor.
g. Papers, Power points (PPT) for presentations, and Research Result Seminar Posters were
sent to both Advisors, Examiner Lecturer 3 days before the Research Result Seminar was
held.
h. Participants of Research Result Seminar: Main Advisor and Companion Advisor, Examiner
Lecturer, student reviewers and student participants at least 10 people.

j. Determination of the score of the Seminar Results by the Main Advisory Lecturer, Advisor
and Examiner (Form S-3E), then the score is sent to the Undergraduate Commission.
k. Certificate of Completion of Seminar Courses (Form S-3D) and Attendance List of
Participants signed by the Main Advisor (Form S-3F) are submitted to the Undergraduate
Commission.
l. Administrative details are carried out online (Form S-3B2, S-3C, S-3D, S-3E, S-3F, S-3G)

m. Supporting administrative files are managed by the Main Advisor.

4. Thesis Exam
a. Student have carried out the Research Results Seminar.
b. Student consults the thesis draft with the Main Advisor and Companion Advisor.
c. After the thesis draft is approved (ACC) by the two Advisors, then it is sent to the
Undergraduate Commission (email: agroteknologiuns@gmail.com) accompanied by
screenshot evidence (WA or email) of the two advisors and attaching a transcript that has
been approved by the Academic Advisor (minimum requirement is 139 credits and without
grades D and E). These requirements are to determine Examiner Lecturers.
d. Students register for the thesis (Form S-4) and the composition of the examiner team (Form
S-5) by sending an email to the Undergraduate Commission.
e. After getting the Examiner Lecturer, the student asks for the willingness of the lecturer as a
Evaluator Lecturer (Form S-5A).
f. It is agreed upon a time between the two Advisors, Examiner Lecturers and students to
conduct thesis examinations.
g. Student send invitations (Form S-6), Minutes of Thesis Examination (Form S-6A),
Recapitulation of Thesis Scores (Form S-6B), List of Thesis Guidance Scores (Form S-6C)
and List of Thesis Examination Scores (Form S-6 6D) to the Main Advisor; and an invitation
letter (Form S-6), List of Thesis Guidance Scores (Form S-6C) and List of Thesis
Examination Scores (Form S-6D) to the Advisor; as well as an invitation letter (Form S-6)
and a List of Thesis Exam Scores (Form S-6D) to the thesis Examiner Lecturer.
h. The thesis draft is sent to both advisors and Examiner Lecturers at least 7 working days
prior to the implementation of the thesis exam.
i. Thesis exam participants: Main Advisor, Companion Advisor, Examiner Lecturer and
students (4 people).
j. Can use online platforms (online):

o Other platforms
k. The thesis scores will be issued after the student completes the thesis revision and shows it
to the Study Program Administration.
l. Revision of the thesis is a maximum of 1 month after the implementation of the thesis for
judicial registration.
m. Administrative documents are carried out online (Form S-4, S-5, S-5A, S-6, S-6A, S-6B, S-

n. Supporting administrative files are managed by the Main Advisory Lecturer.
