SAMPLE! Language Aspects 1. Standard formal language I use standard formal language because I am writing an academic paper.

My topic is discussing about an education issue and the title is Discipline Problems At School. I have readers; therefore I use standard formal language.

2. Correct grammar/Spelling I use present tense to talk about the education issue of Discipline Problems At School because it still happening now in our daily life.These problems are common things we go through every day especially school administrator. Example 1 : Bullying in schools is one of the biggest educational issues that school administrators, teachers, students, and parents deal with today.

3. Sentences structures (simple sentence/compound sentence/complex sentence) I use complex sentences because I discuss about different points from 3 articles. For an example: Under the peer pressure, they learn to tell lies, steal, smoke and play truant.

4. Vocabulary I learn new vocabulary which I took from the article related to my topic. For example are derive (to take, receive, or obtain especially from a specified source), inflicting injury (To deal or mete out (something punishing or burdensome)), strict (Demanding that rules concerning behavior are obeyed and observed). 5. Paraphase The content of the academic paper is writing by my own sentences . I refer the points from the 3 articles as my references. However, some of the main points were copying from the articles.

6. References My references are taken from internet. Example: Article 1, Article 2 and Article 3 I download from internet.
