3 Fast Start Bonus


By achieving the rank of Director or above, you can earn up to $185
in coded Fast Start Bonuses from the products and Vi-Net Health

within your team. These bonuses follow the Enroller Tree and are paid on
the Weekly Pay Cycle.

All Team Commissions follow the Sponsor Tree and are based on BV. Personal Retail Customers,

Leadership Depth Bonus (LDB) The ViSalus™

Bonus, training must be conducted and all required action items verified by a qualified Distributor
within the trainee’s upline. The qualified upline Distributor who actually conducts and verifies each
Fusion Certification is the individual to whom the Fusion Bonus will be rewarded. All Fusion Customer

9 Ambassador Star Bonus


To show how much we value our top producing field leaders, ViSalus
has created the ultimate legacy income opportunity—the Ambassador
Star Bonus. This is a bonus paid to Star Ambassadors from ViSalus
Vi-Net™ Subscription renewals within their organization. Distributors
may elect to purchase annual Vi-Net Health Memberships and
Vi-Net Pro Subscriptions (included in the Executive Success System)
for a discounted price compared to the monthly option. After 12
months, those who selected the annual subscription are invited to
renew their annual subscription at an even greater discounted price
of $299. This renewal counts as $299 Qualification Volume (QV) and
adds $100 Bonus Volume (BV) from the Vi-Net Health Membership
into the Team Commissions for the original enroller and Active upline
Associates. In addition, up to $150 is also paid out in the Ambassador
Star Bonus as follows:

Compensation Plan What is Auto-Ship ?
An optional convenience program that allows Customers or Distributors

If I go inactive, what happens to my volume and


my ViSalus organization?
You must be Active to earn commissions in any given pay period. If you are
not Active, you miss any commission that could have been earned in that
pay period. You can become Active again at any time and start earning
commission on new sales within your organization. If you are inactive
on your annual enrollment birthday, you must pay a $25 Distributorship
Renewal Fee within 60 days of your enrollment birthday, otherwise you are
at risk of losing your Distributorship and organization.

Once I have earned commissions, how and when


will I get paid?
With ViSalus™, you can get paid by check, or by ViSalus Prosperity Card.
The Prosperity Card is a ViSalus branded MasterCard that comes with an
online account management system, the ability to transfer commissions
to a personal bank account, and can be used wherever MasterCard is
accepted. Third party card fees do apply for the Prosperity Card. The
ViSalus Weekly Pay Cycle is Monday through Sunday at midnight Pacific
Standard Time and is paid on Monday. Production turned in by Sunday
night can be paid the very next day! The Monthly Pay Cycle is paid on the
15th of the month, and is based on the previous month’s production.

Will taxes be taken out of my commissions?


As a ViSalus™ Distributor, you are self–employed, or an independent
business owner. ViSalus does not take taxes out of your commissions,
and will issue you a 1099 tax form at the end of the year. It is your
responsibility to ensure that you seek appropriate tax advice.

How long should I expect to participate before I start


to make an income?
ViSalus™ cannot ever guarantee that everyone will make an income
with our opportunity. While everyone’s income goals are different, we
recommend that you treat your ViSalus Distributorship as a business and
that you dedicate the time and energy you feel are necessary to reach
your goals. Remember that many bonuses within our Compensation Plan
are paid weekly, so an action today may yield a commission as soon
as Monday!
