Promotion Guidelines
Documented Volume: For definition, please refer to the Herbalife Nutrition Sales & Marketing Plan or call Member Services.

Qualifiers must be in good standing with the Company.

The qualification period can start any month from August 2021 onward. All qualifications must occur in the same six -month
period.

You must be a Fully Qualified Supervisor to be eligible for the Active World Team (AWT) qualification. Volume Points achieved
as a Qualifying Supervisor at a temporary 50% discount may be used toward the AWT qualification.

You can use Volume Points and/or Volume Rebate Points from August 2021 through December 2021 toward the 2021 and
2022 AWT qualification. However, 2022 AWT qualification requires Volume Points and/or Volume Rebate Points to be
completed during at least one month of 2022.

All three qualifications can overlap as long as they are completed within the four to six -consecutive-month period. The shortest
time you may take to qualify is four months, e.g., 10,000 Total Volume Points in one month OR 5,000 Total Volume Points in
any two months can also count as one of the 2,500 Total Volume Points in four consecutive months.

All U.S./P.R. Volume being used toward AWT qualification must be Documented Volume.

The US$500 Special Bonus is for first-time non-TAB Team AWT qualifiers only. GET qualifiers with an August 2021 or earlier
qualification date are eligible for recognition only.

The US$500 Special Bonus will be paid out in local currency. Members are responsible for payment of any and all applicable
taxes, including country-specific withholding taxes.

You may only qualify one time for the US$500 Special Bonus. (For example, if you have received your AWT Bonus any year
between 2006 and 2021, you will NOT be eligible for another bonus in 2022).

Free one-year BizWorks subscription cannot be postponed to a later date. The free one-year period starts the same month as
the AWT qualification month or the month following the last prepaid month of the BizWorks subscription. Distributors must
agree to BizWorks Terms and Conditions.

Free one-year BizWorks subscription cannot be transferred to another Distributorship. The BizWorks subscription cannot be
exchanged for monetary value.

Members who already have a BizWorks subscription will not receive an alternative reward. When the free one-year period
ends, the Member can continue to utilize Bizworks by paying the monthly subscription fee.

Qualifications are based on the achievements of the individual Distributorship. Di vorced Distributors with split IDs may combine
100% of the Documented Volume from the original (joint) ID, plus 100% of the volume on their “new” (individual) ID.

Should any of the (Documented) Volume required to qualify for this promotion result in a repu rchase of products by Herbalife
Nutrition, Herbalife Nutrition will deduct the cost of the rewards from the qualifier’s earnings.

Distributors must claim their reward and raise all questions and disputes regarding this promotion within 90 days of the end of
the promotion period.

Herbalife Nutrition reserves the right to change, modify, extend or withdraw this promotion at any time in its sole discretio n and
without prior notice.
