Asset Deployment Process To define the new Asset deployment process for the warehouses & maintaining the existing assets deployed at the warehouses by 3PL and organization. As per SOP/WH/03. Circle SCM Head

Existing Assets at the Warehouse Warehouse to clearly identify all the assets deployed by 3 PL and by DIC/TTSL Warehouse will clearly mark all the assets with serial nos like DIC/MTL/DEL/MMMYY/NO as per the codification details given in Asset Codification Format WH/SOP/16/FMT/02. After carrying out the physical verification, Asset Register format (WH/SOP/16/FMT/01) to be updated by WE & WM Verification of assets to be done by WE on monthly basis Deployment of Additional Resources at the Warehouses In case warehouse is having resource constraint to carry out operations or a temporary activity is required to be carried out, warehouse team will identify the resources required and send the requirement to WE through Asset Requisition Form (WH/SOP/16/FMT/03) WE will review the requirement and if satisfied will forward the requirement with justifications to DIC Corporate Team for approval Based on the approval, resources will be deployed by 3PL Team as per the Approved Asset Requisition form. On deployment of resource after necessary entries are passed in gate register, Asset Deployment Register to be updated Asset deployment certificate (WH/SOP/16/FMT/04) to be prepared by 3 PL Team Asset deployment certificate (WH/SOP/16/FMT/04) to be countersigned by WE after verifications.
