    RETAINER OF ATTORNEY BY THE YEAR; CLAUSE WHERE COURT CASES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RETAINER The duties of the

    Attorney in this retaining contract shall include consultations, opinions, legal advises, preparation and drafting of contracts and other legal papers, attendance at the meetings of the Board of Directors or in conferences where his presence is requested by the Manager, and such other legal work in connection with the business of the Company, EXCEPT those cases involving trials in the court; which, if they are entrusted to the Attorney, shall be subject of a new agreement.
