I am requesting funding to upgrade the Buffalo Police Department's criminal reporting system in
fiscal year 201 O.

The entity to receive funding for this project is the City of Buffalo located at City Hall, 65
Niagara Square, Buffalo, NY 14202. The funding would be used to replace outdated traffic and
criminal reporting system with an efficient, technology based system.
