I am requesting $864,000 in funding for the City of Surprise in their effOli to

upgrade their technology in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this
project is the Surprise, Arizona, located at 12425 W. Bell Road, Surprise, AZ 85374. This
funding would be used to assist in the cost of mobile data computers and in-car cameras.
