Dear Chairman Obey:

I am requesting funding for the Northeast Coastal Monitoring Collaborative in fiscal year
2010.

The entity to receive funding for this project is the Provincetown Center for Coastal
Studies, located at 115 Bradford Street, Provincetown, Massachusetts 02657.

The funding would be used for programmatic purposes including coastal zone
reconnaissance mapping; advanced remote sensing and spectral technology; monitoring
programs; and ground support.

I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in the project.

Sincerely,
