I am requesting funding for the Puyallup Justice Center Project in fiscal year 2010.

The entity to receive funding for this project is:

Puyallup Tribe of Indians

3009 Portland A venue
Tacoma, WA 98404

This funding will be used to purchase security and communications equipment for the
Puyallup Tribe's detention center. This is a good use of taxpayer funds because it will
allow the Tribe to safely and securely detain criminals.
