I am requesting funding for School Resource Officer Program (Cops In School) in fiscal year
2010.

The entity to receive funding for this project is:

City of Garfield
111 Outwater Lane
Garfield, NJ 07026

The funding would be used for three highly trained School Resource Officers utilizing the
accepted three-prong resource officer model approach combining law enforcement, teaching,
and mentoring.
