    I am requesting funding for Police Technology across six counties in Fiscal Year 2010. The entity to
    receive funding for this project is the Sumter County Sheriff Department, located at 107 East Hampton
    Ave., Sumter, South Carolina 29150. The funding will be used to purchase technology and equipment
    that will serve to promote officer safety. This project would be a good federal investment. I certify that
    neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
