"I am requesting funding for the New Haven Court Teamfor Maltreated Infants and
Toddlers in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is Zero to
Three located at 2000 M Street NW, Suite 200, Washington, D. C. The funding would be
used to continue the development of the specialized New Haven Court Teamfor
Maltreated Infants and Toddlers in Child Welfare, a multidisciplinary initiative that
includes child welfare agency representatives, child development experts, attorneys,
health care and other service providers to ensure the best possible care and decisions for
infants and toddlers involved in the child welfare system. I certifo that neither I nor my
