    I am requesti ng funding fo r the Law Enforcement Surveillance Ca meras Project in fiscal year 20 1O.
    The entity to receive funding for this project is the Rialto Police Department, located at 128 North
    Willow Avenue, Rialto, CA 92376 «909) 421-7244). The funding would be used for to purchase both
    computer infrastructure and mobile surveillance camera systems to be used in high-crime areas.
