I am requesting funding for a Prevention Initiative for At-Risk Youth in the fiscal year 2010
Commerce, Justice, Science Appropriations bill. The entity to receive funding for this project is
the Governor's Prevention Partnership located at 30 Arbor Street, Hartford, CT 06106. The
funding would be used to enhance existing mentoring programs focusing on preventing underage
drinking. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in the project.
