I am requesting funding for the Grand Prairie Arts Initiative in fiscal year 2010. The
entity to receive funding for this project is the Art Center of the Grand Prairie, located
at 108 West 12th Street, Stuttgart, Arkansas 72160, for a project located in Arkansas
County, Arkansas. The funding would be used for after-school and summer arts
programs. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
