the vicinity of Summit Ri dge Drive and the McCarran Blvd. overpass: Di d operate a motor
vehicl e with a pl astic storage tub resting on the rear trunk l i d unsecured whi l e driving eastbound
on Summit Ridge. The storage tub fell of the rear of t he vehi cle landing i n t he middl e of
Summi t Ridge causing a smal l SUV to brake and swerve around it.
