    My name is Arturo Arias, owner and legal representative of Finca Sierras Azules Bodega Boutique. In response to your letter of April 12, I would like to inform you that I have check the information you attached. As we dont want to create likelihood of confusion and a likelihood of dilution of Banfis SUMMUS brand we wont promote our product under SUMMUS brand in the U.S, Canada and the European Union. We commercialized our product under SUMMUS brand in the Argentine market, were we registered the brand. In addition I would like to thank you for the information provided.
