I hereby submit my formal intent to purchase the said property in

accordance with your processes, with details as follows:

1. Property is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 042-2013007701,

under the name of HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND as registered
owner, with an area of One Hundred Twenty (120) Square Meters more or
less.

2. Property is located in the Barangay of San Isidro, City of San Fernando,

Pampanga.

I am interested in purchasing the property and I would like to request for

notice of sale of the same should the property be eligible for sale.
