May I request for an original CAR of the Estate of Adolfo Escobar, Sr.
with Tax Identification No. 460-155-311 located in Villareal Bayawan City
dated January 12, 2015.

The said CAR was already submitted to the Register of Deeds Province
of Negros Oriental by one of the buyers of his properties, in fact said office
issued a Certified True Copy but the Certified True Copy of the estate tax was
not honored by the Registered of Deeds Province of Negros Oriental because
they need an original CAR copy from your office as one of the requirements
for registration.
