How to Configure Microsoft Outlook Backup Tool

This article explains how to install and use the Microsoft outlook backup tool to take
a backup of your PST.

To install this download:

1. Open above mentioned URL and download the file by clicking the Download button
2. Double-click the pfbackup.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup
program.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
4. Once installation is complete open Microsoft Outlook

5. You will find Backup option in file menu as shown in above snapshot. Click on that
6. Click on options tab your screen will be like below snapshot.

7. You will see all your configured personal PSTs for backup.
8. Select the required PST and also select the file path for Backup and click OK
9. Once you exit Microsoft Outlook your backup will start.

10. Your PST has been backed up at the specified location.
