Capri Yoga Recipes presents: Healthy Corn Bread

dairy free, sugar free, organic: (except the bit of ghee) 2/3 c organic pastry flour 2 c organic corn meal, or 1 cup each of corn flour and corn meal 4 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. himalayan salt 1 1/4 c organic rice milk 2 T grapeseed oil 1 T ghee organic, or unsalted butter 2 T agave rub 8" x 8" baking pan with some grapeseed oil pre-heat oven to 400* f. whisk all dry ingredients whisk all wet ingredients combine and whisk. let sit a few minutes to absorb. pour into pan and bake 20 minutes or until light golden on top. cool. cut into squares. drizzle agave into cut lines. serve
