Why I am The BEST Man For The Job The best thing about me is that I am a documented, PROVEN success story of learning how to be good with Women. I am a product of what I teach Men these days and I have gone full circle from being a student and becoming not only a successful ladies man, but into a top-notch coach. My experience as a young, born-and-bred in Singapore Man who has gamed successfully in Manila, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and even Italy, Spain, France makes me the perfect teacher for the Singaporean Man. I was not always this good.

As much as I had big dreams, I was stuck in a rut. My girlfriend of 2 and a half years left me, I just got out of the army and I was constantly broke. I had a minor stuttering problem and it didnt help that I dropped out of school at 17 years old. What I knew about the world and how it worked was limited. It was even worse when it came to meeting people. In my formative years as a young man between 16-20 years old, where people developed most of their social skills, I was alone most of the time and stuck in the army, around people much older than me who just could not help themselves from bullying me. One fine day, I went online to search for help and stumbled upon the date coaching world. My Journey I dedicated all my time outside of my 9 to 5 job to mastering the art of meeting and seducing Women. After a good two years of ups and downs, I finally became competent when it came to meeting Women. I was able to do some pretty amazing things, leading a dating life that most people would not even begin to dream about. I dated models, formula one grid girls, politicians daughter, daughters of prominent businessmen. I engaged in everything from threesomes with two air stewardesses all the way to an 8-way, and even chalked up a total of 9 girlfriends at one go.

After I became as good as I wanted to be, I wondered if there was something more I could do. That was when I embarked on my personal mission to become the best dating coach that Singapore and Asia has and will ever see. It was not long before the media picked up on my success.

The Fatal Three Dating Problems

When I first wanted to know how to become good with Women, I faced a lot of issues. I was afraid and rather embarrassed about wanting to be good with Women. I was worried what my friends and family would think. Over time, I realized that I should actually be PROUD of the fact that I am doing something about making my life better, as opposed to what 99% of Men out there are doing: whining about and living the same life with no means for a better life. When I first started looking for advice, I was snooping around for about a year and a half, scouring the net for dating advice, buying products and attending seminars, workshops to improve my chances with the ladies. But all that was infinitely useless because I committed not ONE, but ALL THREE of the Deadly Donts of Dating. Mind you, at this point of time when I was still committing these sins, I was one of the top PickUp Artists in Singapore. The proof is all over the Singapore Lair but my point is this : As good as I was then with Women, I was still committing these Deadly Donts. Only when I overcame all 3 of them did I really see my results SKYROCKET. I strongly believe that to get what you want, it is important to overcome the obstacles which are stopping you from getting what you want. But before that, it is important to UNDERSTAND what

these obstacles are first. This is the purpose of this report and without further ado, I present to you :
#1 : Shy about their Sexuality

Gentlemen (and the ladies reading this will agree, Im sure), in all my years of coaching students 1-on-1 for Private Instruction programs, Maverick Man : GOLD CLASS and and even large scale seminars like Foundations of Attraction for the Ministry of Defence, I have got to say that a Man who is shy about his sexuality is the number one problem faced by Singaporean and Asian Men when it comes to dating. Some of the people reading this right now might be well-versed in dating science knowledge or this may be the first piece of dating advice youve ever read in your life. Whichever category you fall in to, I want you to understand this : THE DAY YOU LEARN TO EMBRACE YOUR SEXUALITY WILL BE THE DAY YOUR DATING LIFE WILL BLOSSOM. Why is it important to learn to embrace your sexuality? Allow me to explain.

This is not a trick question. If you answer is No, I am sorry for wasting your time, please close this file and delete it away forever. If you answered yes, high-five haha. Now let me ask you another question : Do you think WOMEN like intimacy and sex? Think about it Lets discuss this with the use of the following example

This picture is an example of the cover of a Womens magazine. Among the most pressing issues and best-selling stories for Womens magazines is the topic of sex, intimacy and dating. On top of all that, I write a weekly column for one of Singapores top Womens magazines : AskCLEO. The questions that I get 9/10 times are all about sex, intimacy and relationships. Women want all that but they are just afraid to show it because of society!

Manicure & Pedicure - $50 Hair Cut and Treatment - $100 Skin Care Regime - $100 Make-Up - $50 Dress - $100 Lingerie - $80 Total : $480 I am being very conservative with my estimates here but this is an idea of how much an average Woman spends at least once a month on themselves. They spend all their time, effort and money to make sure they look beautiful for What? THEY DO IT ALL TO ATTRACT A MAN. The very first lesson you will learn with me is that WOMEN WANT MEN. So if you are a Man (loosely defined as any Human being born with a penis), you can relax and enjoy that fact. So figuratively, it is my job to teach you how to put yourself up for sale.

Women Want Men You = Man Therefore, Women want YOU So really, the GOLDEN QUESTION is : Do YOU believe that Women want YOU?! Here, you might ask: Xavier, there are MILLIONS of other Men out there, why would she pick me? That is a great question and here is the ABSOLUTE ANSWER to your question : X=X You Attract What You Project Quality Man = Quality Woman I consider this an ABSOLUTE ANSWER simply because as far as dating concepts, philosophies and methods go, this is the only method that WILL NOT FAIL.

Value I define value simply as how much potential someone sees in you to bring them happiness and satisfaction. Pick-Up Artist and other methods/systems thrive on the idea of creating an illusion of value. These techniques aim to help you hide the imperfections to your personality by using a trick (magic, grooming, conversational) to give a false impression of value. I mean really, how confident are you when you need a line, a technique or trick to have a girl like you or allow you to get intimate with you? I believe that a truly confident man will not be afraid to escalate. He will even take it a step further and assume the Woman is into him and he can even play hard to get if he wants to. And that is a lot of fun. True story ;-) Dont believe its possible for YOU? Dont worry, this report was designed to change your dating life for the better so do read on. Now lets take a look at the 2nd Fatal Problem :
#2 Poor Understanding of Women

I would say that the 2nd biggest problem for Singaporean and Asian Men is that they have a very poor understanding of Women. They are not fully certain what makes Women tick, what Women like/dislike, what Women want and what to do/say around Women. This is mainly due to a lack of intimate experience when it comes to Women. This is why there is no such thing as a successful ladies man by theory. Its just like learning how to drive. I would rather get in a car with someone whos driven from East to West 5 times than someone who has read 100 books on driving but has never driven a car before. All the successful ladies men out there have a lot of experience with Women and trial-and-error was a vital part of it. During my 3 years of trial and error, I failed to notice a very subtle but serious flaw to practically every system out there. Having gone from being the a top PUA in The Singapore Lair (proof is all over there) and trying out so many different methods and system, I found that a lot of systems simply dont understand attraction.

What do I mean? Here is an example : Question : How do I overcome Approach Anxiety? Typical answer : You would get a suggestion in the form of a magic line or technique. You will then segue into a story laden with subtle hints of value to compensate for the fact that without these subtle hints, you are actually still that guy who is afraid of approaching Women. Now, while some suggestions may be good and may work, allow me to offer you the alternative : The MAVERICK Man way : Question : How do I overcome Approach Anxiety?

Answer : A confident man does not have Approach Anxiety. If you suffer from it, it is simply because you do not believe that you are awesome enough to attract the girl you want to talk to.

Think about it, if you had no money, of course you would feel nervous about walking in and being served in a high end fashion shop. However, if you had a truckload of money, you would walk in briskly and hell, you would even be excited thinking about all the stuff you can buy. Same thing with Women : If you were a man who lacks confidence, you would be afraid, nervous or anxious about approaching a Woman because you arent sure that she would like you. However, if you were The Maverick Man, you would waltz right in and speak to her (with excitement even) because you are damn sure you and her are going to have a great time! Another problem when it comes to understanding Women is that ALL WOMEN ARE DIFFERENT. This is why it isnt a smart thing to learn a different skill just to impress a Woman. If you are looking for CONSISTENT success with Women, this will become a very tiring (and pointless) process. For example, learning something like Shy-Girl game or Elite-Model-Game or Girl-NextDoor game is honestly too much work if you ask me. Is there a simpler way? My answer is a resounding HELL YES. When I coach my clients in the art of meeting and dating Women during my Maverick Man Masterclass and Skype coaching program, the very first lessons I impart to them are our Total Three concept. Our Tri-Level Awareness concept is possibly the most mind-blowing portion of our

programs. Students (myself included when I first started learning the art of seduction) have been known to MALFUNCTION right after learning this stuff because of a large number of reasons. But it is mostly because how REAL yet SIMPLE my lessons are. #3 Lack Of An Attractive Identity

I believe the legendary Chinese commander, Sun Tzu, said it best :

In this case, Women are the enemy. Not literally of course (unless youre talking about wrestling them in bed ;-))The point of this quote is to tell you that when you understand exactly the kind of people you are dealing with (in this case, Women), you will have a better idea of how to win them over.
