ThepowersupplyisconfiguredasatwostageswitcherwithabucktyperegulatorQ1thruQ7, followerbyapowerinverterQ8Q9.Ifthelinefuseblowsafteraperiodoftime,itispossiblethat theregulatorhasfailedandexcessivevoltageisbeingdeliveredtotheaudiocircuits.The filamentsupplyshouldbearound21volts,ifmuchhighertheregulatorhaslikelyfailed.
