3 cups mixed vegetables(broccoli, carrots, snow peas, beans, cauliflower or any vegetables) 3 tablespoons butter, melted salt and

pepper to taste

Procedures: 1. In a steamer, steam vegetables for 3 minutes or until tender. 2. Transfer the steamed vegetables into serving bowl. 3. Add butter, salt and pepper then toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
