Minutes of Crown Street Residents Association Committee Meeting

The meeting held on Monday 12th August 2013 was a discussion on very local issues as well as local concerns and was as follows; 1. Further discussion on factoring charges, concerns raised by residents regarding service and cyclical maintenance. Sandiefield Road Demolition, update following on from demolition as well as site clearance. Concerns were raised by several residents who reside near to the site in relation to ground vibration as well as vibrations being felt throughout their homes. Concerns were noted and passed to Coleman and Co Site Project Manager for follow up and arrangement for structural engineers to attend to assess.

3. Concerns regarding litter, dog fouling in the area as well as ongoing parking issues. 4. Update regarding communication with MSP Nicola Sturgeon on local issues and concerns.

It was decided at the meeting following on from discussion with members that meeting would now be held every second month, remaining on the second Monday of the month.
