2 SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
The Operator Station shall be based on standard off-the-shelf workstation hardware running on a Windows based operating system. Vijeo Citect is using full 32 bit (65 million) colors. For integration with existing Historian we use Matrikon OPC Server client for ODBC. This OPC server is using for logging data to SQL Server. 2.1 SCADA System Architecture
SCADA System centralizes in Soka Office. All parameter in all stations can be monitor in Central Monitoring room SCADA at Soka Office.
2.2
An existing system at Teras is Infilink HMI and AllenBradley SLC-500 PLC. PLC System is not redundant. And communication to PLC is RS485 using protocol DH+.

Request 8 bytes
Response 15 bytes
This results is 23 bytes every 250 ms = 92 bytes per second or 736 bits per second = 0.7 kbps
Input Register The 64 Input Register will be retrieve every 250 ms and using Modbus Function code 4 Request 8 bytes Response 133 bytes
This results is 141 bytes every 250 ms = 564 bytes per second or 4512 bits per second = 4.5 kbps
