Peopleware is a term used to refer to one of the three core aspects of computer technology: hardware, software, and peopleware.

Peopleware can refer to anything that has to do with the role of people in the development or use of computer software and hardware systems, including such issues as developer productivity, teamwork, group dynamics, the psychology of programming, project management, organizational factors, human interface design, and human-machine-interaction. Information technology (IT) is "the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of infotech". Information technology is a general term that describes any technology that helps to produce, manipulate, store, communicate, and/or disseminate information. An Information System (IS) is any combination of information technology and people's activities using that technology to support operations, management, and decision-making. A management information system (MIS) is a system or process that provides information needed to manage organizations effectively [1]. Management information systems are regarded to be a subset of the overall internal controls procedures in a business, which cover the application of people, documents, technologies, and procedures used by management accountants to solve business problems such as costing a product, service or a business-wide strategy. An application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) is an integrated circuit (IC) customized for a particular use, rather than intended for general-purpose use. Utility program - A program that performs a specific task related to the management of computer functions, resources, or files, as password protection, memory management, virus protection, and file compression.
