January 13, 2014! January 13th marks the beginning of the EPIC Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Muizenberg, South Africa. It is my goal to be a part of this DTS and share the love of God throughout southern Africa. I would like to officially invite you to join me in making an impact in Africa through this DTS by providing financial support and prayer! The purpose of a DTS is to equip believers and to help develop a missional lifestyle. At the core of every DTS and everything we do in YWAM is the mandate to know God and make Him known. This is what I want to do! A DTS is a 6 month school separated into two phases, the lecture phase and the outreach phase. Each phase lasting approximately 3 months, but the EPIC DTS is a little different. Instead of having the two phases separated, they are combined, creating a full 6 months of intertwined outreach and lectures. The EPIC DTS is a mobile DTS, the first of three which will move across the entire continent of Africa. The first one starts in Muizenberg, South Africa, and moves north to Lesotho, Batswana, Zambia, and Malawi as well. This is where I will be going! I have been working to earn some of my tuition, but will also need to raise about $5,000.00. This is where I could really use your help.
