A very simple recipe that has many health benets.

Ingredients
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 10 Curry Leaves 1 Medium Onion 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds 5 Red Chillies Whole 4 Tomatoes nely chopped 2 Medium Bunches Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) 1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil as per taste Salt

Directions
Wash the methi/fenugreek leaves and discard the stems. Peel and chop the onion into small pieces. In a deep dish, heat one table spoon of oil in pan and add the mustard seeds, allow them splutter. Add whole red chilies, the curry leaves and chopped onions to and saut. Now add the chopped tomatoes, salt, methi leaves, turmeric powder and little water. Cover and cook on medium heat till tomatoes are pulpy. Then add the red chilli powder. Mix well and cook on medium heat for a few minutes. Switch off the ame and serve with steamed rice or roti/bread.
