Cutty Sark Hotel situated at the top of Nzou Drive in Kariba. It overlooks the beautiful
Lake Kariba has immaculate gardens and 60 rooms.

1. Of the 60 rooms are 10 Family rooms, 8 double rooms and 40 twin rooms and these
rooms are divided into deluxe, standard and 2 Suites.

2. We also have a conference room that houses 300 people and a boardroom that takes
25 people.

3. Our restaurant quite comfortably holds 110 guests.

4. The facilities we have at the hotel are:

• a tennis court,
• a swimming pool and
• a trampoline (for the children)
• 3 bars(depending on guests requirements) – there is a dining room bar, a
bridge bar (residents/everyday bar) and the pool bar ideal for functions like
weddings, parties etc
