DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in a big thick bottom vessel add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, add sliced onions, green chilies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, add paneer, corn, methi leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, add some more salt add rice ( soaked for at least 15 min in water ) 12. add hot water(11/2 times), butter, mix it, cook on a high heat till the first boil and then let it simmer till the rice is done.
