BRIEF HISTORY OF THE CASE: As per as the information is provided, It the hanging of

the man in the park lane in Noida-125. FORMATION OF TEAM: Following team of forensic experts was constituted by the director FSL to inspect the Scene of crime and submit the report. the team are as 1. iqbal-Forensic biologist& serologist 2. dicky-Forensic photographer 3. danraj-Forensic physical expert The team reached the SOC at 9.45 A.M, the local police was there, including crowd. As it was outdoor crime scene. The dead body was found hanging and bleeding. The blood stains are throughout the scene especially at the bark of the tree found nearby.
OBSEVATION:

The crime scene was secured by barrier tapes & all entries and exits were closed Entire scene of incident was recorded by photograph and by videography Rough sketch of crime scene using triangulation method which includes the hanging height and the height of chair (Fig-A).

Searching: the list of evidence searched using wheel and Grid method. 1. Knife 2. cigarette buds 3. Different blood Blood stains

The blood stain analysis was conducted and the arterial gush on the bark of tree and the size of droplets and their direction of flight and impact was calculated. conjecture: As the large volume of blood found at the scene and way of expected hanging including the knots confers that it seems to be homicide (intentional killing) rather than hanging. packaging: All exhibits were packaged in evidence collection bags with proper documentation 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. All the exhibits are sealed by AIFSL/IRT/300 in presence by IO and handed over to IO for chain of custody. Advice To Io: the Io had been advised to send body for postmortem and viscera for chemical examination, and all the collected exhibits from the SOC to FSL for further examination. Opinion: on the basis preliminary examination of the whole scene ,it is opined that it is staged crime scene and expected homicide rather than suicide.
