EXTERNAL EXAMINATION:
The autopsy begun at 9:47 A.M. on September 20, 2020. The body is presented in a black body
bag. The victim is wearing white polo and black slacks.
The body is that of a normally developed Asian male, measuring 5ft. and 8in., weighing 180lbs.,
and appearing generally consistent with the stated age of twenty-six years.
The body is cold and embalmed. Lividity is fixed in the distal portions of the limbs. The eyes are
closed. The irises are black and corneas are cloudy. The hair is black, curly and approximately 4
inches in length at the longest point.
Two lacerations are located on the neck, one measuring 1.52 inches in length, .63 inch in width
and 1.3 inches deep, located 6 inches below the top of the head and 3 inches from the front of the
body; it is vertically oriented. The other measuring 2 inches in length, .8 inch in width and 1.6
inches deep, located 3 inches below the top of the head and 1 inch from the front of the body; it
is vertically oriented.
Two lacerations are located on the chest, one measuring 1.31 inches in length, .63 inch in width
and 2 inches deep, located 3 inches above the diaphragm and 2 inches across; it is vertically
oriented. The other measuring 1.71 inches in length, .53 inch in width and 1.8 inches deep,
located 2 inches above the diaphragm and 3 inches across; it is vertically oriented.
Two lacerations are located on the groin, one measuring 1.45 inches in length, .63 inch in width
and 2 inches deep, located 3 inches above the right thigh; it is vertically oriented. The other
measuring 1.7 inches in length, .53 inch in width and 1.8 inches deep, located 2 inches above the
left thigh; it is vertically oriented.
Two lacerations are located on the legs, one measuring 1.3 inches in length, .63 inch in width
and 2 inches deep, located 5 inches below the left knee; it is vertically oriented. The other
measuring 1.7 inches in length, .53 inch in width and 1.8 inches deep, located 4 inches below the
right knee; it is vertically oriented.

EVIDENCE COLLECTED:
1. One white short sleeve polo, size large
2. One pair black slacks, 27 inches long.
3. Samples of Blood (type AB-), Bile, Tissue (heart, lung, brain)
4. Eight autopsy photographs
5. Post mortem CT scan
6. Post mortem MRI
7. One Pocket Knife

OPINION
Time of Death: Body temperature, rigor and livor mortis, and stomach contents approximate the
time of death between 8:45 and 9:45 P.M. on September 13, 2020
Immediate Cause of Death: Massive blood loss due to laceration.
Manner of Death: Hypovolemia due to lacerations in neck and chest
Remarks: Decedent initially presented to this office as murder victim. City of Manila detectives
were notified of this finding immediately upon conclusion of examination.
