    las, just by accident one day i did the following software solution: :o 0.

    Make sure that SATA interface for hard drive emulation is selected in BIOS. 1. Uninstall all previous storage drivers for my laptop 2. Install older version of Matrix Storage driver from Asus website, search for: => IMSM_WIN7_32_8921002-2009.09.11.zip After installation, and system restart, you should recognize it in Control Panel ->Device Manager->IDE/ATAPI Controllers-> by name Intel PCHM... 3. Right after previous step is complete, without any uninstallation, install th is driver, search for it on Intel site: => iata96enu.exe, sorry but i only . I don't remember exactly where i d drivers, or something like that. install automatically, but in case lowing from the command line: => iata96enu.exe -a it should extract driver files in Program Files\Intel\..., and then manual insta llation of the driver should be performed. After successfull installation, a sys tem restart is required. Afterwards, just to make sure you did it right, check the driver version in Devi ce Manager, it should be: version:=> 9.6.0.1014. date: => 3/3/2010 4.
