TRAINING DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR, ScriptPro, Mission, KS September 2012-Present Develop eld and online training programs for main software line and ancillary products. Design train-the-trainer programs and continuing education programs for product trainers. Supervise eld trainers and act as subject matter expert in the training department for the Pharmacy Management System and ScriptPro Inventory Management. Manage training documentation. Collaborate with various departments, including account managers, customer service and implementation project managers, to assess customer training needs. SOCIAL SERVICE AIDE, State of Missouri Division of Youth Services, Springfield, MO November 2007-March 2010 Performed mentoring, counseling and conict resolution services for youth on caseload, aged 12-17, transitioning from residential treatment programs to their home communities. Designed and implemented a region-wide staff in-service on conict management, given to 7 staff teams and provided to staff for use with youth in state facilities.
