WHAT IS A LEADER?
A leader is someone who is responsible for something. Like the Queen is responsible for her country. Leaders should help what they are responsible for. They can make it a better place and look after the people. Leaders are very important. If there weren't leaders the place wouldn't be an organized place. Your teacher and teachers assistances are leaders of your class because they keep it clean, tidy and organized.

WHAT TYPES OF LEADERSHIP IS THERE?

Autocratic: Autocratic leadership is telling another person what to do, how to do it, and when it needs to be done.

Democratic: Democratic leadership lets other people vote and lets other people decide.
Delegative: Delegative leadership is just telling someone what to do and no other information. Situational: Situational leadership is that if there is a situation the leader will chose what is the best way to solve it.

Effective means to get things done. Effective leaders aren't always good. Like Adolf Hitler was an effective leader but he was bad. Abraham Lincoln was an effective leader but he was a good one. If youre an effective leader you get things done and get people to follow you.
