system corrections

The glitches in the new system have recently been corrected. We are expecting everything to run smoothly and customer complaints of bounced checks to be minimized while simplifying the process for you. After conducting an information flow audit and technology audit we have detected problems with the consolidate/merge window. The window should now show you the correct prompt screen and the consolidate/merge icon has been enlarged and relocated for easier access. If customers have any remaining concerns about bounced checks, please inform them that our new system has been improved and express our gratitude for their patience. Also, just as a reminder, the process of closing a transaction with the new system is as follows: 1) 2) 3) 4) Close Register Consolidate/merge Post

We will continue to monitor the system to ensure it is working properly and allowing you to effectively serve our customers. Thank you for your patience and cooperation with the new system. We are all learning together to reach our full potential. If you have questions or concerns feel free to contact any member of the IT team. We are available through email or in our offices throughout the workweek.
