    The surgical instrumentation is the art and the ability to participate in the surgery, in the handling of instruments and accessories, and provide sterility techniques. They have to be comprehensive professional with a scientific, technical, humanistic and research. With skills in planning, organization, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of implementation processes surgical, with high technology management, direction of operating rooms and central sterilization. The implementers are vital component of the surgical team, and as previously trained professional should be theoretically and technically before making direct contact with the patient.
