DIGIPAK POSTER OVERVIEW

A digipak poster like the pack itself promotes the artist. But the difference is, is that these posters appeal to promote the album/product as well as promotes the artist. Artists usually have these advertised in process of their product being released this informs the public of certain factors: -Similar to the album cover and artwork, it informs them the style of the music, artist name, album name etc. -It also informs them the release date and different media platforms it can be accessed on. For example it may have, synergy with types of media like ITunes, Amazon, HMV or other shopping/purchase routes. Usually the posters contain the following; Information about release date, album name, artist name, image/artwork, artist image and legal information. It engages the consumer to the product to buy it when it is released. Example:
