Driller and crew: ic! up the drill pipe re%uired for the cement &o'. (. The AD prepares for the cement s%uee)e. *e gets the reverse line hoo!ed up and the cement line from the floor to the catwal! connected. The reverse line is (+ * hose. #ne end hoo!s to the top of the flow line, use the genie lift. The other end of the hose needs to reach the ,-door so it can 'e &oined to the cementer.s lines with valves. /. Driller and crew hang the mud 'uc!et and inspect it. 0a!e sure the right si)e ru''ers are in and the seals are #1 and connect the hose to the flow line. 4. The Company 0an gets the cementing program and tells the T and driller what the steps will 'e. 2. Wireline runs in with the re%uired pac!er 3456,7 to seat the cement stinger. 8. Third party helps the driller and crew to install the stinger on the first stand of drill pipe. 9. Driller confirms the depth of the 456, and chec!s his tally to !now where he should tag. :. Driller ensures that the man on the tan!s has a trip sheet filled out to monitor the well while running in. The tan! man reports to the driller every five stands and the driller monitors his volumes with the ,T. ;. R<* to a safe place a'ove the 456,. $=. The driller helps the tool hand space out to sting in. 0a!e up the side entry su' and any pup &oint re%uired. Turn the string so the side entry su' faces the catwal!. $$. The Company 0an loo!s after the radios. #ne man can get these from the company man and give one to the cementer, one to the driller and one to the T . $(. Rig up the cement lines and pressure test them. >ollow the steps of the *igh ressure chec!list with a Wor! ermit. 1eep all men away from the cementing lines during the pressure test. $/. Connect the reverse line to the cementer.s valves. 1eep this valve closed to pump cement. 3To reverse, the valve to the reverse line is open and the valve to the cementer.s line is closed. ?ever have 'oth valves closed at the same time and never change the valves without the cementer.s #1.7 $4. The driller follows the sting in procedure as per the third party or Company 0an instructions. 1

$2. The cementer.s pump in the cement as per the cementing program. The cementer.s radio when they are done. $8. The AD lines up the pumps to pump the correct fluid for reversing out the drill pipe. $9. Driller: 6ting out and pic! up to the point re%uired 'y the third party or company man $:. The company man says when he wants to reverse. The AD can then line up the !ill line and close the hydril or pipe rams. @ine up the valves at the floor- open to the reverse line and close the cementer.s line. Reverse the D volume and ma!e sure the derric! hand is prepared to dump cement or contaminated fluid to the waste pit. Dump the cement or contaminated fluid. $;. Continue to follow the program as a'ove if a second cement plug is re%uired. (=. When the cementing is complete, ##*. 6ee the TRA for this. ($. NOTE& <f the sting in fails, the Company 0an may re%uest to s%uee)e against the "# s. Ase the pipe rams, not the hydril. Close the pipe rams. Tag the driller.s console that the rams are closed. The AD will close the valve 'ehind the closed cho!e that is lined up to the cho!e line. The driller 3or T 7 ensures the correct valve is closed. #pen the *CR. Clear the floor and follow the high pressure chec!list to ma!e sure the floor and cellar area are clear. The cementers pressure up to s%uee)e the cement and 'leed off when complete. They signal the driller that the pressure is 'led off. The driller sends the AD to open the valve 'ehind the closed cho!e. The driller 3or T 7 opens the cho!e to ensure that there can 'e no stored pressure. The driller clears the floor and opens the pipe rams, and then removes the tag from the driller.s console. ((. Driller and crew help rig out the cementer.s and reverse lines at the floor. "rea! off the side entry su' and any pup &oints used to space out. (/. ##*. Review the TRAs for ##* with D and using the mud 'uc!et.
