My Learning Goals in Literacy

○ Increase my vocabulary
• I can read different and more challenging books.

○ Get better at spelling my misspelled words

• I can do look, say cover, write and check or by having a practise test
with my mum or dad.
○ Use different and more words in my writing
• I can use different words by reading other types of books and using the
thesaurus.

My Learning Goals in Numeracy

○ Remember how to add, subtract and multiply fractions

• I can do a couple of sums every week so I don’t forget.
○ Write more interesting problem solving sentences
• I can make them more challenging by putting different words at the
end of the question where it tells you to add, subtract, divide ect.
○ Understand problem solving sentences
• Think about what the question wants me to do, re-read the last
sentence and think what to do with the problem.

My Learning Goals in ICT

○ Type faster on the computer.

• I can type stories or use the computer more often to get faster at
typing.
