This depends upon availability of the Medical staff and the convenience of the patient. We pride ourselves in our time management and aim to provide quality and patient based health care. Our scheduling policies allow ample time for our patients to discuss their health care plans with the physician and medical staff. Specifically, we do not condone double booking appointments and allow significant time slots for our new patient and follow up visits. We do our best to maintain flexibility for those patients who need same day appointments. Our goal is for our patients to leave our office satisfied with their visit by keeping our wait times to less than five to ten minutes and for our patients to have enough time to get all of their questions answered and various needs communicated. We hope that our policies directly convey the meaning of our mission. We ask that you help us maintain this quality of care by observing the following scheduling policies: If you need to see the physician without an appointment, we will do our best to get you in to see the physician but please understand that these visits cannot be guaranteed. Please arrive for your scheduled appointments on time. We do have patients who call for emergency visits to the office and we do our best to fit them in. If you are late for your appointment, please be aware that we may fill an emergency visit in your place and you may need to wait later than your appointment time to be seen or re-scheduled for another day. If an emergency occurs that will not allow you come in to the office for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected events can happen from time to time and are happy to accommodate our patients as best as we can.

No Show Status: If you do not call and cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no show appointment. We do not wish to charge our patients for no show appointments, as other medical offices do, but please understand that repeated no show status may affect your access to same day emergency visits and scheduling follow up visits flexibly. Cancellations: As stated above, please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel. As long as you cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time, there will be no penalty against your future scheduling needs. This is your practice, too. Being responsible and considerate lets us keep our current scheduling policies in place. Because we do not double book our appointments, if you do not show up for your appointment or are late, the physician and medical assistant are kept waiting for the next appointment arrival.
