Promissory Note for Loan Agreement

Eunice Velasco Disu and Eduardo Velasco promised to pay Edward and Imelda Sabiano 150,000 Philippine pesos within 5 years as a loan. As security for the loan, Velasco Disu and Velasco will transfer the title of their property to the Sabianos. PROMISORY NOTE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: We, EUNICE VELASCO DISU and EDUARDO VELASCO, of legal

ages, both married, Filipinos, with residences and post office address at Jappa, Shilan, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, do hereby PROMISE to pay the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (P150,000.00) Pesos, cash, Philippine currency in favor of SPOUSES EDWARD and IMELDA D. SABIANO, of legal ages, Filipinos, with residence and post office address at Shilan, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, which amount represents by way of loan. That said amount P150, 000.00 PESOS, Philippine currency shall be paid within the period of Five (5) year effective upon signing of this instrument and\or subject to extension as maybe agreed upon by both parties; That we will entrust and hand over the Copy of our Transfer Certificate of Title No. 191187 as security of the said loan/amount. That in lieu of interest a certain number of cavans\sacks of rice will be given; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto affixed our signature this 3rd day of May, 2013 at Baguio City, Philippines.
