KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ISIDRO FULGAR PAKIT, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, hereinafter called the DEBTOR; By These Presents, DO HEREBY acknowledged Receipt of the sum of TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (Php24,000.00), Philippines Currency, from GEORGIE PAKIT RUBRITZ, also of legal age, married and a resident of barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, hereinafter referred to as the CREDITOR; That the aforementioned amount represents a LOAN by the debtor from the creditor and the debtor herein promised to pay the said amount for THREE (3) months starting January 2014 until March 2014.
