Ingredients
kg 100 grams 100 grams (small) 2 tbsp 7 pc 1 pack (40 grams) Beef Sirloin Carrots Tomatoes Sour Cream Barbeque Sticks Del Monte Quick 'n Easy Curry Mix (or tenderloin or rib eye, cut into chunks) (cut into cubes)
Cooking Procedure:
1. Marinate beef in DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Curry Mix and sour cream for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Skewer beef and vegetables in barbecue sticks. Pan- grill or charcoal grill until beef is cooked. Serve over rice. Makes 7 servings Lusog Notes: These kebabs are rich in vitamin C, which is great for the immune system.
