1. It is my own decision to take up nursing.-I 2. Somehow Im trying to enjoy, for Bachelor of Science in Nursing is what my parents want me to take.

-E 3. I want to do well in this class because it is important to show my ability to my family, friends and others. E 4. No matter how much I like or dislike a subject in nursing class, I still try to learn from it. I 5. I feel that challenging assignments can be great learning experiences.-I 6. Academics are the last thing that I want to talk about when hanging out with my friends.-E 7. When I become confused about something I'm reading, I go back and try to figure it out. I 8. I try to live up to what my nursing professor expects out of me in the classroom. E 9. When I have to make an academic choice, I go to my parents for advice.-E 10. I feel good about myself when I finish a tasks or project for my Nursing class. I 11. I like to spend time reading about things that interest me.-I 12. I have the same attitude toward nursing as my friends.-E 13. I am taking notes in my nursing class; I make sure that I will review it afterwards.-I 14. Being a nursing student gives me the opportunity to prove to my family that I can achieve something.-E 15. I feel more accepted by others when I received a good grade on a test.- E 16. I was inspired by my relatives who are already working as medical practitioners. E 17. Five years from now I will be working in government hospital as a Registered Nurse here in the Philippines.-I 18. I have no doubts that I will achieve my ambition to become a Registered Nurse.-I 19. Five years from now I will study another course.-I 20. During class time I often miss important points because I'm thinking of other things.-E 21.
